We currently ship exclusively to the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside this region will not be processed.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional standard shipping charges at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
We work hard to process your order quickly. Our delivery timeline is divided into two stages:

Duties and Taxes
For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout. There are no surprise cross-border duties since we ship domestically.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is delayed significantly beyond our estimated 4 to 7 business days delivery time, please contact our support team. We will work directly with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue immediately.

Refund & Return Policy
At City Furniture & Mattress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If for any reason you encounter an issue, we have a clear and transparent process to assist you.
1. Return Window
We have a 7 days return window. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for an eligible replacement or store credit. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- All manuals, hardware, and inserts must be intact.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, here is how return shipping fees are handled:

Defective or Damaged Products: Return shipping is covered by the store if the product is defective or damaged. We will provide instructions to facilitate the return of the damaged item.

Incorrect Items / Customer Remorse: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility if an incorrect item was ordered.
4. Restocking Fees
We do NOT charge any restocking fee on approved returns. Restocking Fee: $0.
5. How to Start a Return

6. Refund Process & Store Credit
Because our accepted payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), please note our strict refund structure:

No Cash Refunds: We process No Cash Refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements or Store Credit: Eligible returns within 7 days will receive Replacements or Store Credit Only.

Timeline: The replacement or store credit processing time is within 7Days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

7. Order Cancellations Our cancellation window is strictly within 2 Hours of placing the order. Once this window has passed, the order goes into our 1 to 2 business days processing time and cannot be canceled.
